Workshops:

Refunds:

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on any flower workshops. However we can offer transfers on to future workshops if we have at least two weeks notice.

Vouchers:

Our flower vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. To redeem your voucher please email hello@theflowerappreciationsociety.co.uk and let us know which class you would like to book on to.

Cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel any workshop held at our studio. We will refund you the cost of the class in the event of this.

Hen parties:

We have a minimum class size of 8 people for Hen party bookings. We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and the outstanding balance to be paid one month before the class. 

We understand that hen's plans change and we can accommodate these changes up to a 30 days before the booking. Please get in touch if you have any queries. 

Privacy notice:

Any information you provide for us will only be used to get in touch with you by us. We will never share your details with a third party or use your information for updates unless you have already signed up to our mailing list. We will treat your information with respect.
